New Day Hotel ★★★★
"This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time, I already noticed the UNPROFESSIONALISM at the reception desk. You ask for the price, quickly go to the currency exchange, only to find out that there are two additional charges (some kind of surcharge + tax)...so you have to go back to the currency exchange...communication is definitely not their strong suit 🤬 Service in the restaurant was excellent, cleaning was quite okay (which I find very strange: there are NO TOILET BRUSHES in this hotel! Please disinfect the glasses/bowls & spoons in the room, as the staff only rinse them with water...therefore, danger of herpes!!!). During my second stay, I truly lost my temper, as I was woken up both days because of the UNPROFESSIONALISM of the reception (including the management)...both times, there was no good morning, but rather yelled at to come to the reception immediately to correct errors that were the fault of the reception staff. I ask you to wake someone up on the day of checkout because the employee didn't calculate the taxes, and when you then ask, half asleep, "How much money am I supposed to pay?" and get the answer "I don't know"...it truly takes your breath away how brain-dead the reception staff actually are, INSANE🤯 Afterwards, I found out that their tax calculation was even wrong...truly beyond words... Reception ZERO, the rest of the hotel crew gets 3.5 out of 5 from me. PS: I can recommend the standard rooms...the larger rooms are definitely not worth the money!"
Dar Tlidjene ★★★
"I checked in was told there was no reservation for me. Anyhow the property gave me a different room. Looks like someone already used the room that the property gave me. The toilet is with pee on the floor. Someone pee on the floor! Wifi not working. Shower head was puncured evrywhere , so I took it off. Breakfast just 2 types of croissant and cakes. Not even fruits or fresh juices or eggs and fresh white bread. The kitchen terribly dirty. Very dissapointing ."
Hôtel Ralf ★★★★
"Very good hotel. Highly recommended."
AZ Hôtels Vieux Kouba ★★★★
"The accommodation is delightful, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with a smile."
El Aurassi ★★★★
"The room was incredibly quiet, the only hotel so far where I haven't needed earplugs to sleep. The duvet cover had stains, which was unpleasant. The front desk didn't have scissors, which was inconvenient. The balcony was very comfortable; such amenities and the peaceful environment were truly heartwarming. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the fruit was fresh, and the roasted vegetables were delicious. Plus, there were terrace seats with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, which was very relaxing. There's a swimming pool."
Dar El Ikram Hotel ★★★
"My stay at this hotel was satisfactory. The staff was friendly, and although the location was in the middle of town, it was fairly quiet. Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean. A breakfast buffet would have been perfect."
City Hotel Alger ★★★
"The hotel is in a great location, close to two metro stops. A commercial and very busy street. The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and simple. The breakfast room is comfortable even for a stop during the day"
Mercure Alger Palais des Congres ★★★★
"Nice food , good selection , very well presented , service was great too"
Samir Hotel ★★★
"First of all, they couldn’t find our reservation and then tried to charge us double, even though the mistake was clearly on their side. Eventually, we got a room, which looked nice at first. However, the room was extremely hot and the air conditioning barely worked. We had to ask multiple times, and whether the AC was switched on or not seemed to depend entirely on whether the receptionist knew how to operate it. This was supposed to be the best hotel of our trip, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the biggest disappointment."

Roza Hotel
"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport. The service is great, but the furniture and facilities need an upgrade to match the price."
AZ Hotel Vague D’or
"The reservation was not validated by the hotel, poor cleanliness, very poor service (no towels during the entire stay), permanent and lasting power cuts, non-functional safe, the reception never answers phone calls. For a 4 star it is a real scam."
Safir Mazafran
"We regret that a hotel of this size is not organized. The bedrooms are a huge disaster. Since our arrival, we have not seen any cleaning ladies?? Dirty room, unpleasant odor in the rooms, water leakage after showering...towels not available even after requesting several times...and other disasters. We really regret the condition of this hotel...I do not recommend it at all."
Oasis Hotel
"Horrible hotel, it's even a shame on trip.com to offer this hotel. Dirty sheet I found beasts in my bed like cockroaches, fleas or I don't know what. dirty shower, dirty carpet with crumbs, no towels I had to ask several times. Dirty tap, dirty toilet seat broken, in short there is nothing good. I'm not even talking about the breakfast which is inedible.... the only positive point is the sea view but hey the windows were dirty."
