I booked a triple room (2 adults and on Kid of 11). I got the confirmation also, but on checkin I was told this was not right and I only had booked a double room. Afte a small discussion I got a room with 3 single Beds as bookes "our very last one"!! Very strange

Very good hotel, good location, great environment

The service at the front desk was very poor. Check-in was very slow and after giving him my ID, he actually forgot to return it.😡. He asked me for my email address to register as their NH member without informing me. It was really inexplicable! Is this the task NH Hotel gives to every front desk? The hygiene of the room is not good, there is a lot of dust on the countertop, and the refrigerator in the room automatically starts up every 2-3 hours and makes a lot of noise. If you have certain requirements for hygiene and noise, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Hotel prices in Alicante have increased a lot, and NH is already a relatively convenient hotel in the city. The service is OK, but the room facilities are a bit old. I was given a room near the island, and the noise is still a bit loud. If you use it as a transit accommodation, it is quite good. The supermarket nearby is also open on Sundays, and you can also order Chinese takeout nearby with Uber.
