Spoiled our valentine dinner. Staff named Gaurav committed us to provide Buffet valentine dinner with selfie points. We paid high on price for reserved table with decoration. But expections get spoiled up...on seeing filthy decoration with a small table with 3 candles and few rose petals and some balloons around. Still we felt it's a small city, so thy might not upto the way how it should be. Coming on Buffet that was committed for valentine... To our shock, the restaurant manager Mr Nitin said, there is no buffet now, u have to order Ala carte... That too from their specified menu. So u r left with no option....horrible on their committed versions. For decoration and kid, we have already paid in advance, with a commitment that for 2 of us as couple, they will take a coupon of Ascent and make our adjustment, with no charges for couple. So we paid 1900 for kid and decoration in advance , and with same commitment that our couple buffet is to be managed in coupon...we came to celebrate our day here....All big thanks to Mr Gaurav Rawat for spoiling our day with this commitment. He commited all this to my husband and same was confirmed with him in hotel 2 to 3 times and even on phone... After we finished......Mr Nitin went to creat a bill....it was shock for us... My husband mentioned...to call Mr Gaurav to ask the commitment about coupon and adjusting our couple buffet payment... But what you will expect here, another schock....Gaurav ji...said.....it's upto Nitin ji......no doubt he committed for adjusting complete payment with coupon But out of a sudden after our dinner....now he just shifted from his commitment. Both of us being doctors....that was another shock...how to deal with this useless behaviour... It's not about money, but it's about word and time... Anyhow...then Mr Gaurav said....us to wait....so this waiting period extended to 40min....we waited till 11.45pm ...getting harrassed and humiliated... Once I felt to record all this nuisance and file a complaint of this harrasment. Then Gaurav ji brought another 3 staff members to grab money from us....One was Ankit ji...and another 2... All in typical style....tried saving Mr Gaurav..that even if he is committed to u...he has no fault...as he is new in this hotel....so he dnt knw much But one of their rude and nuisance staff member , Mr Neeraj..blamed us that it's totally our fault...we must read coupons... Oh is it so....ur so called worthy staff member comit to us, we paid whatever he told about our payment, he committed to us...but as he is new...he has done wrong commitment...but as he is new....so it's not his fault but it's the fault of customer who paid, committed and being pressurised to pay more...for which he was committed to get adjusted Strange,nonsense... Really....I feel that even if u visit a standard chain of hotel...it's the staff ....who keep dignity of such hotels... So never ever do a blind faith about words and commitments of staff.... Here the stuff is to keep everyth
