Perfect location and amazing staff. The rooms were lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a Deluxe Double and a Triple Room, and both were perfect, with beautiful sea views. The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The sunbeds and shared terrace were always clean, well maintained and plentiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

In my opinion, this is one of the best seafront apartments in Aliki. We could step straight from our room onto the terrace, with the crystal-clear, warm sea just a couple of metres away. There is a lovely beach bar and restaurant only a minute’s walk along the shoreline, making it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. What really makes this place special, however, is the family who manage it. They are incredibly welcoming and genuinely go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable. A fantastic location, wonderful hosts, and an unbeatable beachfront setting. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

We stayed at Ostria Studios & Apartments for five nights in a ground-floor, two-bedroom unit booked through *******, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. After extensive research and comparing reviews, this place offered the perfect blend of location, cost, and local charm. Alyki itself was exactly what we were looking for—an authentic Greek fishing village with a laid-back vibe. The main beach is steps away, and two other fantastic beaches are just a 2–5 minute walk. The town is small but has everything you need: great restaurants (we especially enjoyed Thalassamou and Isola Paros), charming cafes, bakeries, and even gelato, all within a few minutes' walk. It's the ideal base for a peaceful, no-fuss vacation. Ostria is literally right on the water. Just 20 feet from our door, we could sit with a coffee in the morning or a beer at sunset and enjoy uninterrupted ocean views. The property is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully maintained. Our unit had a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle—basic but functional. Beds were comfortable, and housekeeping came daily, which we appreciated. This is a local-style beach hotel, not a five-star resort, and that's part of its charm. It has good air conditioning, but no on-site restaurant. The "beach bar" consists of a few chairs by the shore—bring your drinks, which we didn't mind at all. With just a few minor upgrades (a Nespresso machine, a more functional kitchenette, and screen doors to let the sea breeze in while keeping mosquitoes out), this place could easily step into boutique hotel territory. But as-is, it was more than enough for us—clean, peaceful, and ideally situated. If you're looking for a polished, peaceful, and authentic Greek island stay just steps from the beach in a friendly village, Ostria Studios & Apartments is an excellent choice. We would return!

The location of the apartments is amazing for staying in Paros, right on the beach with a lovely terraced area to gather with friends and family at any time of day/night, never mind restaurants, bars and the supermarket. We had a lovely time, the apartments are clean and had everything we needed along with very comfy beds. The owners were so helpful. To wake up to that view every morning was tranquil ❤️

location location - right on the sea, 20m from sandy beach clean simple rooms all with either balcony or patio area - right in the centre of village and easy walk to bars restaurants supermarkets atm bakery etc staff are great couldnt be more helpful we went as a mixed group ages 17 to 80 with different combinations of rooms we were all separate but close enough to gather on the private sea view with sunbeds - everyone loved it been twice now and will go back if we visit paros again

The property is perfectly situated on a swimmable beach, steps from the center of town, which makes everything walkable, including all the shops and restaurants. Very easy to get to by bus or taxi from anywhere on Paros. The property is run by a very attentive family and every detail is well taken care of, well designed and comfortable. Our room was particularly well designed for families, with a separate area for two single beds for kids.

A very clean ( super important ) and lovely place right in the sea ! Walk to restaurants in less than a minute . Wonderful place to stay. Side note : it needs signage, we had a heck of a time finding it

Loved the ocean view right out from our back doors. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We loved our visit and would definitely go back!
