I had a terrible experience with Crown Palace Hotel. They initially asked for a 50% advance payment for booking, which I paid. Later, they insisted I pay the remaining amount, falsely assuring me that it would be credited back to my account. When I refused to pay further, they kept calling me repeatedly, pressuring me for the remaining amount. However, when I demanded a refund of my advance payment, they stopped answering my calls altogether. I have lost my hard-earned money to these fraudsters, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. Their dishonest practices and lack of accountability make them completely untrustworthy. Don't fall for their scams!
