Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was under renovations and hence dusty, noisy and not a good presentation. Otherwise a comfortable stay

I had a terrible experience with Crown Palace Hotel. They initially asked for a 50% advance payment for booking, which I paid. Later, they insisted I pay the remaining amount, falsely assuring me that it would be credited back to my account. When I refused to pay further, they kept calling me repeatedly, pressuring me for the remaining amount. However, when I demanded a refund of my advance payment, they stopped answering my calls altogether. I have lost my hard-earned money to these fraudsters, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. Their dishonest practices and lack of accountability make them completely untrustworthy. Don't fall for their scams!

One of the best services provided here.excellent stay.staff was good and well manared.staff was helpfull.its nearby 2.5 km from railway station and nearby sangam also.buffet breakfast was nice & delicious.you must visit and experience the services.
