Short Family trip to Mahakumbh was made memorable by Hotel KANHA Shyam. Great service and food was delicious. When I fell sick, they also provided lemonade and khichadi. Fantastic customer service!

We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. Experience of staying in this hotel was good. Staff was supportive. we stayed with family and they have provided all necessary help and support. Rooms are Washroom are well clean and good. Variety of Food available in Restaurant. Food quality is ok as we found small plastic of cheese slice in sandwich and Hair in Coconut Chutney in Breakfast.

Kunjpur guest house is my very excellent experience because there is very good and cooperative staff, 24 hours security available and food is very good and rooms cleaning is excellent. It was a very good experience at this place. Every-time i visit prayagraj i will stay the same place

I recently stayed at the legend prayagraj and had a mostly pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. However, i unfortunately lost a small pouch containing artificial jewelry during my stay. Despite multiple inquiries with the hotel staff, it was not found or returned, which was quite disappointing. While this incident did put a damper on my experience. I would advise guests to be extra cautious with their belongings.

We move a lot to find this hotel the room is nice but the price of the room is to expeny the food is also very expensive there
