Enjoyable small swimming pool accessible on the 7th floor from 7 am to 10 pm (partially outdoors with a swan neck fountain). Slippers, non-slip flip-flops, bathrobes, and a minibar with cold drinks and snacks are provided. Direct access from the 3rd floor to the spa (spa at an additional cost). Excellent buffet breakfast (fresh fruit, various breads, vegetables, local cheeses, Anglo-Saxon breakfast options available) which can be enjoyed outdoors overlooking the magnificent trees of the Napoleon III Garden. Welcoming staff."

The staff’s friendliness and professionalism are exceptional, making you feel immediately at home. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the food is not only outstanding but also thoughtfully sourced locally. We had a wonderful dining experience with excellent wine recommendation, service and a very passionate conversation with the Chef and owner about some of his amazing dishes. The hotel’s strong emphasis on minimizing environmental impact is another welcome highlight. We will certainly be staying at Chateau du Bost again on our next trip."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the usual Mercure standard and was excellent. The large room was very comfortable with a very sizeable bathroom with separate shower and bath. The only criticisms are : - the windows do not open - the carpets should replaced We could not work the AC and on mentioning it to the Reception staff they adjusted it to our required temperature from a central point. If you are staying at the hotel in summer the bedrooms at the front of the hotel are cooler. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and had a beautiful arched window but the air con was useless and as there was a heat wave this made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, they were unable to provide ice cubes which seemed bizarre given their star rating. Finally, confusion over pricing. 18 euros for breakfast and 9 euros for parking but room directory says 13 and 6. Updating a room directory is hardly difficult. So service needs to be improved."

"We were walk in customers from England. Made to feel very welcome indeed. Food was simply incredible and unexpected if I’m honest. Pork rib slow cooked was divine. A lovely lovely find. English is not really spoken so try hard! The staff are friendly and try to help. The wine menu is astonishing so if you’re a wine buff this should certainly be on you itinerary. You walk over the glass roofed cellar on your way in."

"Feels like this was a tired hotel and had seen better days when it was on the main route from Paris to Med! Room was functional and quite tired Pictures give a sense of a much better place. Restaurant food was of good quality but not very inventive (although there was a La Reunion themed menu as the owners are from there - a little odd?) Staff and service was acceptable It was ok for a 1 night stay on way back to ferry but no more than that. Not really a place for a family"

"From the warm welcome from Sebastian when we arrived to the au revoir from Audrey when we departed, everything was perfect at Le Chateau Segot. It offers the perfect B&B experience with table d’hote dinner a highly recommended optional extra. The chateau is light and airy with large, well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast is plentiful and varied with almost all the items served homemade - the same applied to dinner. Audrey is an extremely accomplished cook, every single thing she served was delicious. I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough."
