"An impeccable staff. Attentive, kind, affectionate and reliable. A Director, Giovanni, a true gentleman ready to guarantee the best and the most to the customers. Everyone always with a big kind smile. Perfect cleaning. The masseuse is a truly good professional. The tireless gardener who perfectly maintains all the vast greenery of the entire property. A buffet breakfast where nothing is missing, indeed, delicious and presented in a precise way and always the buffet clean. The only big flaw for us, once again, (we often return), is the cuisine. The food is terrible, with dishes presented on the menu as if they were haute cuisine gourmand. A tragedy. A real shame because this Hotel does not deserve such a significant stain. I strongly recommend a total change. Even the dishes, but why not also give foreign customers good local or simply Italian food, without throwing themselves into the deep....at the sea??? I hope they will really fix it. In the meantime I publicly thank them all, from the first to the last, they helped me make my holiday serene. Congratulations to Giovanni."
