Everything was great, the only thing: sauna switched off periodically and the doors from the basement (ski room building 1) was closed almost all of the time

Stayed here with family to ski. Nice hotel with everyting you need, helpfull staff. Some problems with the room, broken wine glasses, a pillow had blood on it and the bathroom flooded because the drain was clogged. We got good help with theese issues right away. The pool and hamam was freezing, nobody used it wich was a shame. Would not go here to ski this late in the season again, lack of snow and lifts that where closed. But in mid-season it's probably much better 🙂

Tout a été parfait. La piscine et hammam très appréciés au retour de randonnées ! Le service boulangerie viennoiseries chaque matin est un plus indéniable…tout comme les gaufres de lieges 2 fois par semaine !

peut etre améliore. par de petites choses manque petit placard pour nourriture, juste dans le petit recoin gauche avant de rentrer dans la salle par exemple par des etagères

Dommage Rapport qualité prix moyen Piscine non utilisée car beaucoup trop fraîche pour des jeunes enfants alors qu elle était annoncée chauffée Vétusté du logement (joints salle de bain noirs, barrière du lit superposé qui bouge ,...) dommage ...

Studio spacieux et propre dans très belle residence et dans une jolie station au calme, beaucoup de rando a faire, le lac d'Allos..... le personnel très sympathique, la boulangerie au Rdc, la piscine magnifique et son Hammam vraiment très contente de ma semaine aux Chalets du Verdon!
