The owner was super responsive and helpful with all our questions, and immediately sent us the check-in instructions. The room had all the amenities, from clean bedding to towels. But the best part, and most amazing, was the incredible view of the city. For Almaty, this is definitely the best value for money!

«Excellent apartment with a great view and a caring host!» We stayed in this complex (Raiymbek district), and everything was perfect. The host explained everything very thoroughly and clearly: she sent us the PIN codes for all the doors, the geolocation, and the Wi-Fi passwords. Check-in was smooth, even with the language barrier – she communicated in both Russian and English. Apartment 120-2 (12th floor) is amazing! The view from the window is stunning, everything is very clean, and it has a modern renovation. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and you feel safe (intercoms, codes). I will definitely come back!

Had a really comfortable trip! Staying at the owner's place was very pleasant. If you go to the Green Bazaar for groceries, you can even cook a bit yourself. It's located in a Kazakh community, and the environment is exceptionally clean and hygienic. People are very friendly, provided you respect the local customs and rules. My girlfriend got sick, and the owner was very enthusiastic about helping us get medicine. We had a really comfortable stay here. Everyone can book with confidence! The cleaning lady is also Chinese, so you can communicate in Mandarin. Getting around to different places using ride-hailing apps is also very convenient. Very satisfied! 👍

Our stay was nice. It was super convenient to check in and check out, because the host left us keys, so we were able to check in at night. Location is great, there are many stores and a couple of cafes were you can take some coffee and buns. Also, there is an amazing view.
