I want early check out but the hotel didn’t accept is really bad I paying hotel money but didn’t sleep because I was flying

Overall is good, I stay with my family. Everything was good, except internet. It is interrupted frequently.

Good hotel staff are Adament , can’t even stretch time from 7am to 6.45 am As we have to catch flight and asks then to give some juice or fruits but they rejected , and all Our money for breakfast is go in vain

Room is nice and clean, location is ok, shower can be improved, overall good value!

The hotel is old and need renovations, elevators are lacking of buttons and making a weird noise, rooms are big but the furniture looks old. And the bathroom are so smelly. The water in the toilet even black 😨 the first day the heater in the shower work but the next day it’s not working. And the water in the shower and faucets even gone early in the morning. I called the reception 2 times as I request them to Open the window and even went to her personally early in the morning to relay my request but still when we return from tour they still not make action to our request

The furniture in the room is old and needs to be renewed.

I booked a superior room at this hotel expecting a cozy sofa and ample space, but ended up in a basic room with just a queen bed and a chair. The vibe is pretty old-school, and not in a cool, retro way. The amenities and toiletries felt cheap, and the elevator was a gamble every time. The location’s decent, near a mall and a botanical garden, which is a plus. Breakfast was a solid ‘meh’ – mostly basic stuff, but the coffee machine was the only highlight. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless they up their game.
