I booked a superior room at this hotel expecting a cozy sofa and ample space, but ended up in a basic room with just a queen bed and a chair. The vibe is pretty old-school, and not in a cool, retro way. The amenities and toiletries felt cheap, and the elevator was a gamble every time. The location’s decent, near a mall and a botanical garden, which is a plus. Breakfast was a solid ‘meh’ – mostly basic stuff, but the coffee machine was the only highlight. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless they up their game.

The room is not big, but it is enough. The single bed is 0.8 meters. Other facilities are enough. There are kettles and slippers. Breakfast is average. It doesn't change. The advantage is that it is close to the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is right outside the hotel. There are shopping malls and supermarkets around. The place to exchange money is also close. One day, I returned to the hotel in the afternoon. There was no mineral water in the room. I called the front desk and they said they would send it. After an hour, there was no news. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for it, but was told that it would cost money! ! There are no other extra charges. Just hand in the room card when you leave the hotel and tell us.

Hello everyone! This is a great hotel with delicious breakfasts and polite staff. The location is also great because there is all the infrastructure around. Our family really enjoyed staying in this wonderful hotel and we recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is old, breakfasts are average. The location is convenient if you need to be in this area, but not so much because of the traffic jams, the approaches to the hotel are through very busy streets.

The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of dishes, so you can save a meal at noon. The room is too small, and the bed is also small. It is close to the exhibition hall, so if you don't participate in the exhibition, the cost performance is relatively low.

The most convenient hotel for attending the exhibition, right next to the exhibition hall, the facilities are a bit old, but the hotel is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and there are convenient restaurants around, such as KFC and halal restaurants, and the transportation is convenient.

After we checked in, the door was opened in the middle of the night because of the hotel staff's problem. We were awakened. The hotel staff handled the problem very unprofessionally. They even asked us why we were in this room and asked us to go downstairs. The next morning when we went to have breakfast, they said our room did not include breakfast and asked us to go to the front desk again. It was a waste of our time. It was clearly written on the reservation. I will never book this hotel or this brand of hotel again.

You have to wait until 2pm to check in. Fortunately, the sofa in the lobby is quite comfortable, so I wore an eye mask and slept for an hour.
