Of course, I can make the review a bit more beautiful and warm: A huge thank you to all the staff at InterContinental! ❤️ We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, caring, and friendly. The hotel was very clean everywhere, and it was especially nice to see perfectly clean water in the pool. I would especially like to note the number of pleasant compliments and signs of attention – we haven't encountered such care even in other hotels. 🥰 Thank you for such a high level of service and warm attitude towards guests! We will definitely be back again. ❤️

Hotels in Almaty aren't exactly cheap, and this old InterContinental was quite pricey. However, in an unfamiliar country, I felt safer opting for an international chain hotel. The location is good for sightseeing, and taxis are easily accessible. The room was a bit old-fashioned but clean. They even provided a universal adapter knowing I was a Chinese guest. The minibar wasn't cheap; a bottle of juice cost 600.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. They offer airport transfers at a reasonable price. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip. The staff is polite, and the room is clean and cozy.

The environment is good, but the price is a bit high. An InterContinental corporate rate in my home country would be around 700, but here it's 2500. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk service was excellent. We had a tight schedule that day and planned to leave at 6 AM, so we were worried we'd miss breakfast. After speaking with the front desk, the restaurant opened at 5:50 AM, which was really great.

Very good hotel. Wide range of breakfast options, very comfortable and spacious room, and very friendly staff. Perhaps a bit pricey for a city in Central Asia, but it's worth it.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Central Museum, and there are restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are relatively spacious, and the lobby has an old-fashioned charm. The occupancy rate wasn't particularly high during my holiday stay. With the new Marriott hotel opening, Almaty will surely have even more great hotel options in the future.

Right in the city center of Almaty, with views of the TV tower and snow-capped mountains – super convenient for getting around! The breakfast is amazing, definitely try the Kazakh dairy products, staple foods, and a variety of fruits.

The InterContinental Hotel in Kazakhstan offers excellent service, clean rooms, and great views. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the location is convenient for transportation. It's a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!
