The room didn't have a kettle and no complimentary drinking water was provided. It was very clean, but there was absolutely no sense of experience or comfort.

Room was clean but It was horribly hot in the room I couldn’t breath properly I asked housekeeping to check AC and she said she couldn’t help as it was not possible to fix I asked to give me non smoking room but every time I enter d to the bathroom it smelled like big ashtray. My flight was delayed and I ask to come back as it’s only 20 min away from airport and they refused. That was not good at all as I paid until 12:00 and they could be more helpful. I don’t believe that for 20 minutes they cleaned room and sold it . It’s not possible. P.S. The breakfast was not bad.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but there's a convenience store at a gas station nearby where you can buy things. Breakfast is à la carte. There's no kettle in the room, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway for drinking water – just be aware it doesn't dispense hot water. The air conditioning is an old-fashioned cooling unit. Check-out at the front desk was very slow; after I handed over my key card, the staff seemed to be talking about something else, and I waited at least five minutes.

Last booking. Easy acces to anywhere, cause some bus route pass through the road right in front ot the hotel and near to bus stop

The room size was decent, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The problem was the air conditioning was broken and didn't cool, making it very hot. The service was alright. Breakfast was served in portions, not a buffet. Overall, it was worth the price.

Nice but worn down hotel. Ok location not too far from the airport but could be improved.

Very nice hotel, esthetically very nicely decorated, located close to airport and 20 min by several frequent bus routes to next huge shopping mall Mega in town, or subway station. This hotel has a special "treat" as the only hotel in Almaty, including 4 star hotels, that it offers a down blankets and a four very comfy real duck down pillows There is a poetry park nearby, and several Magnum supermarkets . Nice view to the Tianshan peaks on the horizon.

Good locations. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable

Workable if u find a discount pffer. One problem noise from the street becouse location in the fasoline station 24h cars under windows

No atm machine , but u can pay by credit cards all , facility ok, food OK
