My stay at Rixos Almaty in the Deluxe Twin Room with Park View was exceptional. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view of the park, which added a peaceful ambiance to my stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel staff were highly attentive and friendly, delivering excellent service from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch and provided a luxurious touch to the experience. The breakfast was also impressive, with a wide array of delicious local and international dishes. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic, and I would highly recommend Rixos Almaty for anyone visiting the city.

I was on a business trip with four bosses. They were very satisfied.
The room was not very big but clean. The front desk was friendly. English communication was no problem. Breakfast was rich. Recommended.
It was good to drink tea downstairs.
