Highly recommended! Excellent breakfast included.

Staffs were kind and responsive, the place was perfect, near to downtown, shopping center, tourist spot and metro etc.

1. First of all, I was given a king-size bed room. I was on a business trip with two men, and I had originally booked a twin bed. It was past 11 o'clock in the evening, and I was asked to wait for an hour. At one point, they said they would add a sofa bed, and then they said that other rooms were not cleaned. The service can only be said to be no. 2. The facilities are old. There is only one main switch in the room. It cannot be turned on after turning off other lights. The decoration is also very old. 3. The room was not cleaned the next day. I waited for a long time to send a bottle of water when I came back at night. I urged twice. 4. The luggage was stored here. I went out to do business. When I came back to get the luggage, I called the concierge for a long time but no one answered. Finally, they said that the luggage room was locked and could not be opened. After waiting for half an hour, the very reluctant front desk took the key to open the door and get my luggage. The worst experience. The location is okay, but the service and facilities are not up to par, and it is expensive.

Breakfast is good. There are many types to eat, such as rice, side dishes, boiled eggs, fried eggs.. bread, croissants, cakes, many kinds of fruit.

This is a very old hotel. I guess it was built by the former Soviet Union. The service is good, but it's a bit old and smelly. The bed is too soft. I don't feel comfortable staying in such a hotel for one thousand yuan. However, a decent hotel in Almaty costs more than two thousand. I decisively changed to a public apartment, which costs more than four hundred yuan a night and cooks my own meals.

There was a pillar in the room, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

The price is slightly expensive, and it is still not satisfactory compared to domestic hotels of the same level, but overall it is good. The breakfast and service are outstanding. The facilities are quite old, but they are much better than hotels of the same level in Almaty. The hotel swimming pool is as big as a domestic hot spring bath.

The location and facilities were all good. All facilities were in good condition and the breakfast was very good. The location was also good as it was close to Arbat Street.

About half an hour from the airport

Just so-so, this is a good value for money among hotels in Almaty.

The environment is good

The hotel is located in the very center, there is everything nearby: cafes and restaurants, shops, banks, shopping centers. The famous Medeo is an hour by taxi. We had a standard room, it is small, but everything is there: a desk for work, a TV, now, etc. Cleaning takes place every day, water, towels and shower accessories are changed and reported every day. The hotel has a small swimming pool and 2 saunas, as well as a gym. All this is included in the price. Breakfast from 7 to 10 am, cereals, eggs, sausages, salads, pancakes, cheesecakes and the list goes on.

Better than Renion Park Hotel

We arrived early afternoon and I was allocated room 339. The room is located at the end of the corridor backing onto the service lifts and storage for all linen and in room supplies. I realised immediately that the housekeepers would be regular visiting this area with their trolleys. I spoke to reception straight away and asked for an alternative room and was advised there were no rooms available. I watched an airline crew check out and asked again if they could make up one of their rooms and then arrange to room move and was again denied. All night staff banged and clattered outside my door and I had little sleep. The housekeepers also knocked on my door at 7am for no apparent reason. The room itself was average, the light switch fell apart in my hand, the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom glass was dirty. The whole experience was very disappointing. The hotel should not use this room ever!
