"The Gran Hotel del Coto is a great hotel with all kinds of services and entertainment for the little ones that they will love. The room I stayed in is spacious, well laid out and cosy. There were a couple of things that we had to report at reception but they were corrected correctly. The food was plentiful, great and very, very tasty, with a great variety and different kinds of products for all tastes, good desserts and good fruit. We really liked the live performances at the Parranda as in previous years and the entertainment. Although 2 great entertainers left, the current ones are very good and friendly, eager to work and do things well so that we have a fun and lively holiday. We will return next year."

"The Western-style hotel is located in a nature conservation area in a kind of Western-city! Access to this is not just easy! The lobby makes the impression that I liked it! The rooms give an impression as if you were in a Western! Lovelors come here for your expense! Unpleasant is that the hotel is very bright...! In the season it will certainly be noisy by resident gastronomy! The breakfast was okay, no more! In such a place, for example, I would have expected egg dishes! ?"

"I am very disappointed with my stay at this apartment. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the toilet cistern dripping constantly. I informed the woman, but no one has come for two days, which has made it very difficult to sleep. The musty smell is very strong, the apartment is unclean, and there are no basic kitchen items, not even a coffee maker. This speaks volumes about the neglect of these apartments. We didn't even pay for a ground-floor apartment with a terrace, which, by the way, is also very neglected: broken sun loungers, a dirty and infested parasol... And the bed was tiny; I haven't seen a bed that size in about 20 years. After staying in these hotels four times, I will not be returning."

"It was an Ok experience, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The place was empty but they still don’t let you park inside their village unless you pay 10€ per day. Coffee machine is filtered coffee, but they don’t provide the filters or the coffee, which made us buy it just for one or two cups. Matalascañas was completely empty with restaurants closed. It only opens in summer."
