Tru by Hilton Aloha Beaverton

Was easy to commute to the location and breakfast was good

Very new hotel Nice and clean room Breakfast is great Friendly staff

This hotel was nice, but small. It would have been nice to have a little bit bigger space and to have a coffee maker in the room. There was a strange loud rumbling sound in the bathroom, but you really couldn't hear it in the other part of the room. The other thing that would be nice is to be able to hook my laptop up to the tv to watch my streaming channels on the big screen, but the input channels on the tv were shut off so you couldn't use them. All in all for the price, I really enjoyed my stay.

Cleanliness

The room was clean. The staff were kind enough. The breakfast was pretty good, they offered yogurt and toppings for the yogurt as well as pancakes with the toppings. One thing I did have a problem with was that when I went to take a shower I realized they had never refilled the body wash, so there was the tiniest bit of it but enough. Also the shower door was a bit difficult to open at first.

Rooms, lobby, and fitness center were clean. Coffee, which was served all day, was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

All the staff members were welcoming and accommodating. MyLinh, at the front desk, helped my family a lot with our various questions and needs. We’ll definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Great hotel, it was clean and comfortable and Julius was the best. He always spoke and recommended good places to eat!

Very clean, modern, easy access. Staff very professional, my family and I were very pleased with our overall experience.
