I wish I’d read the reviews before we booked. I don’t know how anyone can give this place an excellent review, it’s the worst Premier Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Generally uncared for and grubby. The bathroom was awful. Rust, dirty grouting and a horribly grubby shower curtain. The bin was rusty and dirty too. Ant killer in the corner of the room. Good job we didn’t have young children with us! The breakfast fruit salad looked days old, discoloured fruit with dried up edges, no crumpets or pancakes. Never again!

What can I say. This hotel is the best premier inn we have stayed in. From the amazing staff (especially Kelly) to the fantastic accessible room. Being disabled this hotel catered for my every need. It is wheelchair accessible throught ,even an electric ramp installed to get you up 3 steps that take you to the amazing breakfast room. Breakfast was amazing, so fresh ,from continental to full English and cereal. It has high chairs for baby's to. The rooms are so spacious and bed very comfortable. Staff took time to make us feel so welcome and were there to greet anyone who arrived. We are so glad we found this hotel. We live in the midlands and travel quite often .we will be staying here in the very near future. A massive thank you to Kelly the manager she went above and beyond for us. Also to the other staff a big thank you . It's lovely to see staff and management getting on so well . Definitely give this hotel a chance believe me you won't be Disappointed.

I visited this Premier Inn again and was not disappointed. The staff are always excellent and the rooms clean and comfortable. The Ship In. Next door does great food and there’s plenty of parking available. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Although the hotel looks outdated from the outside. Inside is lovely. Breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel, especially the sausages. Staff were polite and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfy beds. As much tea and coffee as you like which is nice. Hairdryer was powerful. Overall excellent stay and would book again

Linda at reception made sure my stay was perfect, she was always on hand for any questions or queries I had and replied in a polite and mindful manner, she was the best laugh I’ve had with an employee at any Premier Inn. Linda alone gets 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
