The staffs are very helpful all the time. Clean and good location.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Hanshin Amagasaki Station. It's close to Umeda, and you can go to Namba without changing trains, so it's convenient. The staff were nice and gave us detailed explanations, such as touching the card when entering the elevator and where the amenities are. It may be a small thing, but I think it's important to explain things in detail, as some people may complain later that they weren't explained. The hotel is also well-cleaned and clean. On the other hand, I don't think there was anything missing in the room. If I had to say something, it might be that the breakfast was a little disappointing. Even with the plates on the tray, there was only food to choose from... But it said that breakfast was complimentary (sorry if I read it wrong), so I guess it can't be helped. It was also disappointing that we couldn't use the large public bath due to time constraints. In conclusion, I would definitely like to use it again next time. I recommend it. Thank you very much.

The hotel has a parking lot, but if it is full, there are other parking lots nearby so you can go by car, which was a relief. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and I was able to relax.

Free breakfast and late check-out at 11am was very helpful!

アメニティがあまり充実していなかった。朝食は普通。大浴場もビジネスホテルとしてはまずまず。全館禁煙なのはありがたいと思います。

盆休み期間中ゆえか、宿泊料金が高いと思う。リーズナブルに泊まることができれば再度利用したい。

尼崎駅から近くて、梅田や神戸へ旅行する際にはとても便利なホテル。 場所は繁華街に位置し好立地であった。 大浴場や朝食のクオリティも高くとても満足しました。

長期滞在の時は朝ご飯がマンネリ化で とても食べる気にならい感じです。 曜日ごとに変えたらと思います。 値段にあたえしないと思いました。
