"Tiny place that doesn't have an elevator. If you have mobility issues, don't stay at this place. Dark stairs. The light is delayed in turning on so you have to walk in the dark first before it turns on - accident waiting to happen. There is no ground/first floor room. The lowest level room will still require you to walk up a narrow flight of stairs. The owner can't handle honest reviews and will call you if you give his property less than 5 stars and lie about you as guest. I wrote an honest review for ******* and the owner wrote back to state that I "broke" hotel rules. I have been travelling for decades and have never broken any hotel rules."

Our room was lovely, with elegant, sophisticated décor and an old-world charm that makes you feel as though you have stepped back in time. Breakfast was delicious, and check-in and check-out were straightforward and relaxed. The beautiful garden and lovely surrounding area add to the peaceful atmosphere. A wonderful place to slow down and unwind."
