Our room was a little small. Looking into other rooms they were all different. Some were larger, some smaller, all unique. Great breakfast! Short walk to Amberg!

Great and unique hotel with a prison theme. Centrally located in Amberg, with a short walk to “everything”. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Wir waren mit unserer Sportgruppe über's Wochenende dort. Herzlich, freundlich, aufmerksam. Preis - Leistung stimmig. Alles mit Liebe zum Detail. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen.

Originelle Zimmer in ehemaligen Gefängnis Sehr schön renovierte Unterkunft, originelle Zimmer in ehemaligen Zellen, perfekte Aufteilung. Ruhige und doch sehr zentrale Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr ansprechendes und leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Wunderschöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenhof. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Außergewöhnliches, erlebenswertes Hotelkonzept Ein außergewöhnliches „Knast“-Hotelkonzept, bei dem Staunen, Spaß, Wohnlichkeit u. Aufenthaltsqualität mit Liebe zum Detail verbunden wird. Durch das sehr freundliche Personal fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben im „Knast“ u. könnt es sicherlich auch länger dort aushalten. Eingebunden in die sehenswerte Amberger Altstadt, sowie auch Bahnhofsnähe, kann auch das Auto gut stehen gelassen werden. Für mich war’s ein gelungenes „Gesamtpaket“ u. für mögliche folgende Amberg-Besuche trete ich gerne wieder freiwillig die „Haft im Knasthotel“ an.

Als Wiederholungstäter bin ich wieder begeistert von meiner "Rast im Knast". Die Zimmer sind teilweise kleiner als andere Hotelzimmer, aber das gehört bei einem authentischen "Vollzug" dazu. Mein Bett war sehr gemütlich, das Zimmer super sauber. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist einladend und auch das Frühstück, mit seiner Vielfalt und liebevollen Zusammenstellung mit einigen selbst gemachten Kuchen und Marmeladen ist erstklassig. Auch wenn ich für heute wegen "guter Führung" entlassen wurde, werde ich bestimmt wieder kommen ;-)
