Facilities: You need to carry your own luggage on the first floor, the facilities are very complete, the maintenance is also very complete, and there are hot towel racks
Hygienic: clean and tidy, if you need to clean, you need to take the initiative to hang a cleaning brand, the bedding also has the fragrance of laundry detergent
Environment: I especially like this room, quiet and private, I can also see the garden view of the backyard and the large lawn, and occasionally there are lambs

"Very friendly hotel. Clean and tidy. Every staff member greeted and answered questions with a smile. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The breakfast was very good, more exquisite than other chain hotels. The snacks were delicious.
This is the only hotel room that provides mineral water among the 10 hotels I stayed in."

"The room is very comfortable, the big bathtub can be bathed, the room has fruit, and you can ask the front desk for milk. The breakfast is very rich and the mushrooms inside are especially delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the bus stops 555, 599 and Ambleside. From the windermere train station, you can easily reach by bus. The hotel is a bit far from the town centre of Windermere, but it can also be reached on foot. The hotel is a sister hotel with the low wood bay. Guests with waterhead can go to the low wood bay for sports facilities, see the hotel's instructions. It is worth mentioning that we originally stayed for three nights, but only booked for two nights of accommodation, for the convenience of the luggage at the front desk for one night, the next morning to come."
