"Extremely poor service. We checked in on 6.11.25 (arrived at hotel @around 12.15pm) and were attended by a lady at the front desk. After completing all formalities, she told us to wait while the rooms were prepared. We ended up waiting for over 2 hours with no updates. Only 1 room (out of the 2 rooms we booked) was eventually issued, and it was done by a different staff member – not the lady who handled our check-in. The second room was still not ready even when the time was already approaching 3:00 PM. This is unacceptable. This is very unprofessional. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to assist. Very bad management and extremely poor customer service. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone."
