"First couple days were great, however on our last day we wanted to stay another night but they couldn’t find us in their system, so the employee said I could just stay and when his boss woke up he would come down and fix it. He also told me I could stay pass check in since we were waiting for the boss. Fast forward a couple hours boss was still not up yet so I decided to cancel reservation on my phone since it wasn’t showing in their system anyways. I got my stuff out and planned to go to another hotel and an hour later the boss called me, sounded incredibly disrespectful saying if I was planning to leave I shouldn’t have stayed past check out (11) I proceeded to tell him his employee couldn’t figure it out and that we waited a few hours for him so then I finally cancelled. He still continued to talk rude to me saying I didn’t have the right to stay and I told him his employee was the one who told me to wait and stay longer. Overall cleanliness was good, rooms were nice, but whoever the boss is, needs to either learn how to start talking with respect, or give his employees a lecture on the dos and don’ts."

"The room is clean. I like the bathroom with a shower instead of a bathtub. It is more convenient and easy to use. The bed is very comfortable. I really like the quilt covered with a quilt cover instead of the quilt covered with a sheet."

"The location is great, you can walk to Sakdang and Merket, and the price is good, so I recommend it if you're going."

"A very normal hotel in the United States. The room is normal without too many fancy items. It just provides a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. The bed is 1.8 meters long and very comfortable. There is a big difference with domestic hotels. The same group and the same brand, the difference between domestic and foreign hotels is huge. Chinese people always say how bad domestic star hotels are, how the supporting facilities are not perfect, the breakfast is not rich enough, etc. I have a chance to see what you will criticize after staying here."

GrandStay Hotel & Suites Ames

"I booked this hotel for 3 nights and i didn’t have room service any of nights. When i asked they said they did come and cleaned my room but the truth is they lied. When i forced them they replied they saw DND card on my door. I only pit DND card for the first night cause i was too tired then never put back. Horrible receptionist, his temper was too bad. In one time he started to smacking the table with his hands. This hotel employees are liar and horrible with service. Never again."
