It’s not even close to 5 star hotel. It’s a solid 4 star hotel: old, not really clean, staff isn’t helpful enough. But breakfast was still various and tasty.

The food quality was as good as a 3-star hotel, not as wide varieties as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Same food every day. Water in the bathroom wasn't strong. I can't imagine I enjoyed the bath in my rented home more than it! Room cards didn't always work in the elevators! The hotel staff was good, though.

The workers were amazing and helpful and lovely but the place really needs many renewals And need to be supervised by a good operation manager But at the end we enjoyed our staying

Fantastic hotel with a wide range of restaurants to suit all. Rooms are clean and comfortable with easy access via taxi to the city’s main sites

I entered the hotel five years ago and it was great but now it is very bad and the rooms smell of smoke and I did not enjoy it

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman.
