I recently stayed at regency hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. While the staff was very polite, it did little to make up for the numerous issues we faced during our stay. Firstly, the rooms are incredibly outdated. We had to request an upgraded room, which is unacceptable for the price we paid. However, the most frustrating aspect was the lack of internet. We called the reception multiple times, but they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. On our final call, we informed them that we would leave if the problem wasn't fixed, and shockingly, their response was, "leave." This level of customer service is appalling. Although the gym is spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was rich, these positives do not outweigh the negatives. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
