Doubletree by Hilton Amman Hotel & Residences

In my personal opinion regarding the hotel, I noticed there is sometimes too much familiarity from the concierge staff with guests, which can occasionally feel inappropriate or disturbing

The stay was excellent overall. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the check-in process was quick. The facilities were modern and well maintained — especially the lobby and common areas, which were clean and comfortable. The amenities were great, and everything worked as expected. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. It’s a good choice for a short trip with friends.

The need to take care more about common areas cleaning and room shower was not functioning

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Amman! The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything worked smoothly, including the Wi-Fi and check-in process. Highly recommended!

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. The room size is good, but the bathroom is way too small, which makes it hard to take a shower. The mirror is not usable because it’s placed in a small corner space. There are no amenities in the hotel since it’s located inside the Gold’s Gym building.

Golds gym is good. There is a bar just up the road called Buffalo wings and rings which is good if you need some food. Uber to and from the airport is cheaper than the one they book for you
