Excellentttt customer service; the only bad experience, is that the room does not have air conditioner; we had to open the windows at night, and the environment outside the property was noisy, due to the train, etc.

The description of the hotel is not up to date because there was no longer a restaurant in April 2024. We arrived around 5 p.m. and it was the friendly bar waiter who welcomed us. Too bad, because he didn't speak French. Outside it is a very beautiful building and inside it is magnificent. It was a very beautiful and large room, very clean in very good condition with very good bedding. Inside the hotel there is a bar that is open to outside customers and there are always a lot of people even on the terrace. You can eat tapas and drink alcohol there for a very low price. For dinner, you have to take the car because there is not much except a pizzeria behind the hotel that delivers to your home and where you can eat. The pizzas are very good. They do not accept dogs. At the hotel they are accepted. At night there is not much noise outside, except for the train which does not run at night but runs from 6 am and one passes every 15 minutes. In the morning it is impossible to have breakfast before 9 am. For parking you have to arrive early to get a space behind the hotel and not move your vehicle or find a space in the small streets or in a paid parking lot located 100 meters from the hotel

Très bon hôtel
Belle bâtisse et l'intérieur est magnifique Très grande et belle chambre qui était très propre et en très bon état. La literie était très confortable. Il y a un bar ou l'on peut manger des tapas en prenant un verre pour un prix très raisonnable. Nous sommes arrivés vers 17h et c'est le serveur qui fait office de réceptionnaire de l'hôtel. Dommage que l'on ne parle pas Français dans cet établissement. Il n'y a plus de restaurant à l'hôtel et pas grand chose dans le secteur, hormis derrière l'hôtel une pizzéria qui livre des pizzas à domicile et ou l'on peut en manger sur place. Elles sont très bonnes . Attention chiens sont interdits, mais pas à l'hôtel. Attention également pour les petits déjeuners, ils ne sont servis qu'à partir de 9h du matin. Il y a très peu de places de parking derrière l'hôtel, il faut arriver de bonne heure pour stationner.

Pésima atención y servicio. Al llegar al hotel no había nadie en recepción ni tampoco hubo nadie durante la estancia a quien poder dirigirse. En el check out tuvimos que dejar las tarjetas de entrada en el mostrador ya que no había nadie para cerrar la estacia. La habitación olía muy fuerte a humedad y los sanitarios del baño estaban amarillentos. La limpieza no es un punto fuerte del hotel. Olvidamos por descuido una camiseta, llamé una primera vez para preguntar por ella, pero al limpiarla nadie vio ni dejó nada (raro, aunque comprensible). En la segunda llamada fui mal hablada, quien me respondió al tlf se dirigió de manera muy despectiva y descuidada. Si quereís que se os trate con amabilidad y respeto, no se dirijan a este hotel.

Mucho ruido del bar que tienen abajo y del tren. Mal insonorizado. Sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Cuesta mucho dormir. Servicio ausente. Limpieza deja mucho que desear. Ni los grifos del baño estan limpios
