Room is spacious Got lift, aircond cool The bathroom need to clean and scrub properly. Basic facilities..no mineral water, no water disperser, no kettle Iron and iron board provided at ground floor in front of reception counter Towel very old suppose to throw away...please replace with new one,

The blanket is not suitable to be given to customers. Please replace it. It smells of cigarette smoke.

The cleanliness of the bedsheets not really good as scratched the skin over the night.

The door lock is not secure. Room and bathroom is spacious. Lights are not working well. Located next to lotus ampang. Nearby have alot malay foodstalls.

Everything is good except for maxis user...there is no line when you enter the room...only use the wifi provided...not too fast...but okey

Nice location and short distance to facilities around. The management should pay more attention when reserved the booking so guests should get the room as their choice.
