Pretty ok for the price except housekeeping forgot to put towel upon checkin but they sent it over later. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. too bad our room facing highways so its really noisy

Nice room, water heater work so well, looks very classic. Will book again in the future. Just the breakfast need to improve more. And the TV need to upgrade. No netflix, youtube.

The room is nice, but there's no wardrobe. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

i really enjoyed this trip because the place is wide and breathable. nature is in front of my room and its specious with balcony and coffee table. the white pillars of the hotel is stands tall and stately makes Flamingo Hotel looks luxurious. definitely will always come back here!

The facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness is just average. It's close to an elevated road, so there was some noise at night. On the bright side, the breakfast was good, the hotel's overall environment was excellent, and the service was very good. A walk along the lake was also very pleasant.

Nice clean hotel with Charter, it’s out of the center with a good swimming pools. Very pretty but a bit noisy because of the openness of the hotel and the closeness’s of the road. The staff were great friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a bit more furniture.

We enjoy the greenery lake view very much! Very good price with 2 free breakfasts (simple but good). Some wear and tear in the room but the premier room is spacious with 2 sliding doors and no blocking view on the greenery lake.

Friendly staff and the hotel room is clean and comfy. The hotel is situated in Ampang so you can easily reach Setia Wangsa and Wangsa Maju. Breakfast was delicious and a cat was always keeping watch at the entrance 😺

This hotel is great and value for money. It got vibe from the beach hotel like at port dickson in the center of kuala lumpur. Recommended

It was a great experience staying here. At first, my room had a small issue with the air conditioning. The issue has been solved promptly. The view was spectacular. Surely, will come back again Only one area for improvement, breakfast served too decent and limited.
