Holiday Inn AMRITSAR RANJIT AVENUE by IHG

Scam these guys are scammer Everything was fine until the last day when I was checking out, and the main manager came up to me and said they didn't get the payment for my 7-night stay. They told me I needed to pay them in cash and couldn't leave the hotel until I did. I told them I booked through Trip.com, and if I hadn't paid, they wouldn't and shouldn't have given me a hotel confirmation for my stay. I also told them the money had already been taken from my account, so the hotel needed to check on their end. In the end, I had to speak to them in their way, and they realized they wouldn't be able to scam me. Scammer manager and scammer hotel.

Good location but hotel really need to upgrade badly. Housekeeping staff is making too much noise and it is like they’re in the war, talking so loud and shouting like market. I didn’t have good sleep.

Very close to Ranjit avenue, a lot of restaurants nearby hence location is great

Best place to stay very good location tremendous atmosphere and delicious breakfast

Great hotel 😃

Very convenient n clean hotel..staff very helpful n nice.location is in the heart of the city

An amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available. A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers. Thank you.

Enjoyed every moment

It’s ok
