Hyatt Regency Amritsar Hotel & Spa

Very dirty hotel. The room floor was full of dirt. This the worst hyatt we have stayed in.the hallways were stinking. The entire experience was a flop show. Paid so much money and nothing worth it.

The hotel property is old. Do not expect the Hyatt treatment in terms of rooms, attention to detail, food, service standards, etc. Think of it as a standard hotel and keep expectations way down.

Clean rooms, great service and an amazing breakfast. The station that makes you thosai, paranthas, or even pancakes was amazing! Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Amritsar. Big thanks to Mr Ishu for his great hospitality. Mr Ishu took so much initiative to attend to us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay till our departure. Our check-in and check-out process were attended by Ms Shivangi, Mr Vinay and team. It was smooth and professionally handled. We would also like to thank the restaurant and bar/lounge team, Manjay, Manav, Sumit, Subarna, Shivani, Dipali and everyone else. The lounge is cozy with good choice of songs. Great for family time with good drinks and delicious snacks. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Meals are freshly prepared and we enjoyed every single bite. The hotel provides shuttle service to the golden temple at specific timing. We appreciate the warm gesture from the entire staff of Hyatt who made us feel home and safe. Thank you once again to all at Hyatt Amritsar. Keep up the good work.

Very nice location and very welcoming and understanding team with good guest service.

This hotel is good and buffet breakfast is yummy. Communication is a big issue. Tried to ring them but no one answered. (Tried calling direct and on net through Trip App. ) Emailed them but again no response. When asked about it on checking in .. there response was that we did not read it.

Nice hotel! With clean rooms and good food and decent service. Always stay here primarily due to its locationwhen I visit Beas!
