Hygiene: The hotel facilities are new and very clean Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is good, but the outside is average. Service: The service attitude is very good and the response is timely. There are 8 bottles of drinking water in the room. The quality of breakfast is good, there are ***y choices, and there is chicken soup to drink. It costs less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

The hotel is next to the airport and it is also convenient to take a taxi to the city centre. The hotel restaurant is doing a good job. The hotel room is large and comfortable to live in. Amrit is only a golden temple to see, take a taxi from the hotel in the morning, and come back in the afternoon.

Located in the center of the city, it is perfect for visiting the Golden Temple, museums, and walking around the surrounding towns. The hotel is a renovated Maharaja's palace, a historical heritage site, and offers comfortable rooms and related facilities. Anyone interested in culture and historical heritage will be satisfied. In addition, there is a food court adjacent to the main dining area, so you have a lot of freedom when it comes to eating. The hospitality of the hotel staff is high and you can expect friendly service. I would like to visit again next time.

One of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

The hotel’s location is a major plus—it’s very close to the train station and just a short distance from the Golden Temple, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. We enjoyed our stay here. All the hotel staff are very helpful and professional, excellent services, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The facilities, room and pool are nice and clean, the food was surprisingly delicious.

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.
