酒店很美就在阿姆運河前面 這一塊鬧中取靜
離博物館和dam square都很近
套房沒有很大 welcome card寫錯了性別
寫成Mr但後來都被很好解決了
以及攜程上寫一張King
後來入住變成了兩張Queen
酒店整體像個藝術館 到處都是很美的細節
房卡是很可愛的卡通人物 很細節
泳池區也很美 就是池子有點小
以及早餐是include的 攜程的訊息又錯了
建議大家可以問reception確認

小🍠上看到阿姆瑰麗25年5月1日剛開張，那必須來體驗一下。裝修屬於新式的歐式風格，女孩子肯定愛。房間層高很高，雖然面積不大，但是住着還是比較舒服的，還有浴缸也可泡澡緩解一天citywalk的疲憊。早餐是點單形式，不是自助，選擇很少。前台、禮賓、餐廳的小哥哥小姐姐服務熱情周到，顏值又高。是一段美好的時光。

Although the building,entrance and walkways do not give the WOW effect I expected, the rooms, bar , restaurant and inner terraces give a very luxurious quiteness. We had an excellent dinner at Eeuwen with impeccable,charming,knowledgeable and smiling service with very tasty good food ,beautifully presented in a warm,cosy atmosphere, drinking good wines . Thank you Robin and your frirendly team for this wonderful experience .

Recently stayed at Rosewood Amsterdam and can't say I would recommend As we arrived, the entire entrance team was standing around gossiping, so we opened our own doors and carried out luggage We were checked in by the receptionist Esmee who decided to tell us everything we should do in Amsterdam and interrupt my wife as she was speaking the entire way to the room. Even though we told her that we were there for a conference. Room was nice but nothing worked, problem with shower, lights and there was a weird smell in our room. Bar was fantastic, service and atmosphere. The rest of the hotel was really messy and dirty. Breakfast was delicious but took a long time to be brought to the table. Overall, we do not recommend!

We just spent a delightful weekend in Amsterdam with Rosewood. We were apprehensive having had a bad experience at a previous rosewood. But this restored our faith completely. The hotel is newly opened and as such everything is new and shiny. The team were warm and welcoming, the rooms comfortable, the spa relaxing and the f&b outlets were exactly what you needed. I would hope to see this hotel feature in the Worlds 50 Best list in the next round. Well done team.

Worst anniversary ever. We arrived around 12, they told us to have a drink at the lounge as the room will be ready soon and complimentary upgrade (amex platinum). Unfortunately we couldn’t even check in at 3pm (official check in time), so we lost half a day of our getaway. Also they couldn’t arrange a place for us to freshen up as we wanted to explore the city. They got us a free lunch which we didn’t even care about. When we went to the room we were even more disappointed, the room was different from the beautiful pictures, we got a 3rd rate dining table and chairs instead of the nice lounge chair of the pictures they show online (see it in the pictures I show). Also the name on the welcome card is totally wrong, and the canal view in the pictures of the site are only if you’re 2 meters big . We didn’t get an upgrade but even worse than the room we think we booked as described in the pictures. One tip don’t go. Especially when you booked 1300 euro for one night Update: we just went back to our room around midnight and they gave us a bottle of champagne with a sorry card (I don’t even understand why they can make everything all right with a bottle as they don’t even know if we drink or not). Irony was they put it next to the old card with the wrong name, check photo We travel alot around the world and this never happened in any of the five star hotels we visited.

The hotel is located in the beautifully renovated Palace of Justice. It's a rare blend of history and contemporary luxury. The design pays respect to the building’s past and yet, creates a warm & welcoming environment. The guest rooms are beautiful with very elegant touches. Advocatuur bar is outstanding. It’s a fantastic concept and the execution is very well done, with a brilliant narrative. Congrats to the entire Rosewood Amsterdam team!

The Rosewood Amsterdam is absolutely stunning. The hotel location is centrally located to all the sights. Essentially the Rosewood is new, the recent renovations are perfection, every detail well thought out. The hotel has an incredible collection of unique artwork throughout! I’m especially found of the bronze cat door stops! Our beautiful room overlooked the canal. The fine linens and comfy bed made for the most amazing nights rest. From the time you book you’ll be well cared for, the concierge team is fabulous! They shared their insight along with securing tickets & reservations before our arrival making for a seamless stay. The check-in staff offered an inviting warm welcome. We felt well cared for & appreciate all the staff for their efforts to make our time at the Rosewood a memorable stay. We enjoyed every minute!
