A clean and spacious room for a couple with two big luggage. A quiet hotel away from the busy main roads.
The hotel is conveniently located near Amsterdam centraal. Tram/bus stop is just outside. Make it very convenient to move around and explore Amsterdam.
The hotel staff are friendly and offer their help to the best of their ability.
Just disappointed that I should have spent more days in Amsterdam and stay at this hotel.
Thank you to all the staff, especially Sarah. Appreciate the late checkout at 1pm as it allows me to do my prayers before flying home.
My choice hotel when I'm back in Amsterdam. Hopefully very soon. :)

I was accused of using cigarettes inside the room, which is not true, and they tried to withdraw from my credit card approximately 150€ without consulting me. Thank God, I was close to them. After the investigation, it turned out that I did not smoke only because they found empty cigarette packs in the trash, and they also promised me to release the security deposit of 50€. Unfortunately, they did not do that and lied that they were thieves

The location is about 10 minutes' walk from the central station and about 5 minutes' walk from the city center to the city center. There are many restaurants nearby. However, the room is relatively small and the spacing is strange. If you bring two people with you, there won't be enough space. The sheets were torn. The waiters are all nice, polite and talkative.

The staff at the check-in counter of the hotel is very friendly. You can check-in early when you apply for membership. The room is very quiet and a little less, but it’s okay for two people to stay. The room is cold in winter, so you need to turn on the heating in advance

The location is very good and easy to go anywhere.
The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I gave my child a bear doll. Every day in and out will be cordial greetings.
For the price of more than 300 euros a night, the room is a little small.

Had a really nice stay. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant. Staff was very helpful. I liked the keys for the room and the walls in the room. Hotel was nice and quiet and in a good location. Would recommend

Very interesting property. Comfortable rooms. Excellent staff! Close to center city, easy to walk about. We would stay there again.
