Great location and close to public transportation. Had a nice room with a view. Although check in could have been a bit quicker, otherwise great place to stay and good value

The location was great .. just 3 min wqlking from the metro and train .. room size was good .. the cleanines wasnt good last day we found the bed sheet was dirty .. but over all the hotel was great ...and facilites was amazing

Reserved for twin room but was told that it was not available upon check in. Ended up in a room with a sofa bed as the 2nd bed. The bedding was not clean with the duvet and mattress cover full of dirt, hair (long and *****) and dust.

The hotel is very large, and it is very convenient to have a subway station and railway right next to it.

Only good thing about this hotel is it is close to Amsterdam RAI with a direct train to the airport, the closest restaurant and super mart are 15 to 20 walk away.
Hotel is old, the design of the washroom shows it’s age. The tap is so close to the shallow sink, it’s almost discouraging one from using it, and washing hand is a delicate process. There is no shelf for toiletries, and the toilet bowl requires adopting yoga leg cramps….. not suitable for anyone who is not a supermodel.
Cleaners are forgetful. We stayed for 4 nights, they didn’t provide clean towels for the second day, despite us leaving the dirty ones on the luggage stand). Someone left a pink rug the third day. And we found bugs crawling in the room on our final day.
No glasses in the room, instead they provided small paper cups…….. definitely need to improve on amenities and redesign the washroom, and the place needs a full pest treatment.
