Ibis Amsterdam City West Reviews

The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The location is a little further away from the center but there‘s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff‘s attitude is the only thing I need to criticize. Everyone just seems bored with their job and annoyed if you ask them questions. They are not customer friendly at all. They really need to improve their performance.

The hotel is a little far from the central area and in a quiet location. There is a train and metro station nearby and the bus station in front of the hotel.

Great location. Room size ok for 3 people. The bathroom sink could be cleaner. The rest of the bathroom and room are very clean. We had the room clean every day. I missed some amenities such as board games and ping pong tables. I could stay there next time..

This Ibis hotel left a bad taste in our mouths. The rooms were minimally cleaned, and the carpeting had numerous, stuffy stains, making it uncomfortable. Breakfast was very minimal for the price paid. I certainly can't recommend this hotel.

Compared to Ibis in Paris, having a hairdryer is a big plus.
