I like the Hyatt the rooms are nice and the bed comfortable, the buffet in the morning is not that tasty but it does it’s job! The shuttle should be free … even in hotels with less stars there’s free shuttles back and forth, the gym is very nice but the hotel in general has nothing fun, the menu of the restaurant is very very very simple ..

Room is cleaned but guests’dirty dishes were left in the area where the elevator was for overnight.

Everything about my stay here was absolutely lovely. From the airport pick up to the dinner then breakfast it was great. The staff was friendly; rooms were nice and clean. I was there for an overnight layover and the airport pick up/ drop off was amazing life and money saver. Breakfast had a buffet style and had a great variety. Would definitely stay here again
