The location is nice because it's nearby the stores, the plaza, and central station. But suddenly, there are so many bedbugs on their beds, and my partner has so many bedbug bites 😞. Hope they can clean the place soon.

i wish this this app has a zero star to mark this hostel, last night bed bugs was making a party in my bed. never go to this hostel even it is cheap, i promise you will not sleep during the night because of bed bugs. the toilet is so dirty. shower smells so bad i think everyone pee in the shower.

A female guest who was staying there kindly carried my luggage up to the reception on the second floor. The male receptionist was also very kind and helpful. However, the room was full of large, visible mites. They were crawling on the walls, the pillow, and the bedding. I stayed there for only one hour, yet I was bitten in several places, and the itching still hasn’t gone away. I ended up changing hotels without staying even one night. I had the receptionist call the owner on the spot to confirm the situation, and they told me that I was not obligated to pay. However, my credit card was charged twice. I have sent emails, but I have received no response. I have traveled to 50 countries around the world and stayed in hotels of many different standards, but this hotel had the worst service I have ever experienced. My image of the wonderful country of the Netherlands has unfortunately dropped to the very bottom.

I had a terrible experience at this hostel in Amsterdam. The place was filthy — the kitchen was super dirty, and the beds were full of bed bugs. It was completely unlivable. Because of this, I decided to leave without even staying a single night. When I asked for a refund, they refused, and I ended up losing all the money I had paid. The staff showed no concern about the condition of the hostel or the inconvenience caused. This was by far one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic respect as a guest.

Does the job and surprise at how cheap it was for new years time. The staff are great and really look after you.

HORRIBLE , Dirty, I was left with two Indian men, I asked the manager if I could change and he said no. I arrived and no bed was clean.... I got to the room and no bed was clean....

I came, I checked in, took a nap, changed, went out. 1. When I came back at night there was another person lying in my bed (who almost got a heartattack when I entered the room and switched on the light). My stuff was gone. 2. The staff told me, they had made a mistake and gave me the wrong room before so they just went in during my absence, grabbed all my stuff (very personal stuff, my panties, valuables, everything), shoved it in my rucksack (they even broke my sunglasses doing that!!!) and took it down to the reception. I got another but 3. very dirty room. The sink wasn't cleaned, there was waste lying around. 4. The next morning they just came in without knocking (I was still in bed!) and 5. asked me to leave early because the staff wouldnt have much time for cleaning after 10 o clock. I asked for an apology and for money for my sunglasses but they were very rude and told me that I would lie. 6. Also my whole body is covered with bites from bedbugs, wich itches and hurts and I really hope I didn't bring them back home.

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and I slept wonderfully. The location was also convenient for sightseeing, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

If you have a person you hate going to Amsterdam recommend em this hotel. Rooms won‘t get cleaned,it smells very bad,there‘s mold in the showers and at the walls,its dirty and not very nice to stay in. The only positive thing about this place are the staff members- they’re very friendly.

The worst ever hostel I have ever stayed in. Unprofessional staff with rude behavior and smelly toilets.

Location is good, but the other thing is so poor and terrible. The bedding is dirty and the kitchen is very unhygienic and small.  So POOR hotel I’ve ever seen before.

Never ever book this hostel. The night was a nightmare.
