The environment is very quiet, located in a residential area with houses visible from the window. The tram station is right next door, making it convenient for getting around.

I loved the hotel very much, the neighborhood is beautiful and not far from city center. Only one thing you should consider there’s no elevator and the stairs are steep so be careful if you have luggage.

The hotel room was clean and within close distance to the city centre, however our room was facing the front which were a bit noisy when bikes went pass late at night.

Cozy mini-hotel with a convenient location, about a 30-minute walk to the city center. There are many boutiques, cafes, and a supermarket nearby. The room was clean, with high ceilings and plenty of space. The towels and linens were fresh. It can be noisy outside until late in the evening due to the road, but I assume it would be even louder closer to the center with all the people. The area felt safe, and there's a large park nearby. The breakfast was simple but sufficient to fill up (eggs, bacon, a few types of cold cuts, yogurt, granola, tea, coffee). We weren't disappointed with anything!

We had a 2-night stay. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—very convenient and easy to access surrounding places by tram. 🚋 The cleanliness was very good, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. Though, the room is a bit small and cabinets are a bit dirty also. But check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always available to help or answer any questions, which we really appreciated. However, during our first night, there was a disturbing noise that made it difficult for us to sleep. We reported it the next day, and they informed us that it had already been checked and was in the process of being fixed. Overall, despite the issue on the first night, we still had a good stay thanks to the great location and helpful staff.

Thank you to the wonderful staff for an excellent stay! The location is perfect and the attic room very pretty. It is a basic hotel but It is comfortable, clean and safe and that is all you need! The staff are absolutely brilliant, it was great to debrief with Stephanie after all my adventures. Thank you for having me and I will return soon ;)

I found the hotel to be completely adequate. I was traveling by myself and the room felt a little tight. It was a queen (double?) sized bed, which was definitely sinking in the middle. The mattress was very firm towards the edges, but the center basically had no support to offer. The shower had a very cheap curtain that would basically blow into the entire shower space when the water was running. But the good news is that the water pressure was good and the water got way hotter than I needed. As others have noted, the stairs are very steep. And not only are the steep, but there is a slight spiral, making the treads even more shallow. it's the kind of steep staircase where you can put your hands on the steps right in front of you as if you were climbing a ladder. I thought the location was great. It's located right on a major tram line, but is quiet at night. Vondelpark is so close and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Don't purchase breakfast with your hotel booking. It's cheaper to pay for it at the hotel.

Located in a nice part of Amsterdam, not too far from Amsterdam town centre. But the hotel does not provide you with enough basic services like toiletries, towels etc on regular basis. We stayed there for 4 nights and just got our room cleaned once and even then the cleaners forgot to keep towels in out room. Toiletries were not refilled, so don’t expect these services. But apart from that, location is nice, staff is friendly, and the rooms are basic but serves the purpose.

First off, there's no elevator, so I had to drag my luggage up the stairs. Secondly, the bathroom in the room was incredibly dirty and had a strong odor! At night, there were always drunk people shouting downstairs, making it impossible to rest. The most outrageous thing was that on the day of check-in, the front desk told me the room wasn't ready yet and I should go out and come back later that evening to check in. I called the front desk many times in between, but no one answered. When I returned in the evening, the front desk was already closed, and they said no one could open the door until the next morning. So my luggage was locked away at the front desk. During my stay, there were multiple power outages and circuit trips, making it impossible to charge my devices.
