Overall, I was pleased with the hotel. Good location and pleasant staff. I'd especially like to highlight the breakfasts – a good selection, everything was delicious and quite varied. The room was clean upon arrival, and housekeeping during my stay was fine, with no major complaints. A big plus was that I was able to check in in the morning, around 10:00 AM, which was very convenient after my journey. The only significant downside was that I had to accept a smaller room than what I had paid for upon check-in. Otherwise, my impressions of the hotel were positive.

An amazing property provided early check in and late check out, rooms are in good conditions. Had to ask for a toothpaste but that’s not major. Only public transport is near bus 42 to go anywhere. And view from room is AMAZING

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is on the seventh floor, and the baguettes are delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast view is also great, and the mini gherkins are quite tasty.

Amazing breakfast. Easy to reach by car with parking right under the hotel. Location is a bit far from downtown, but bus 42 that takes you to the center stops conveniently just in front. The staff at front desk is friendly and helpful. Two negative points: 1. They use only one cover for the pillows. And the pillows were not clean. They had stains in them and because only one cover that opens on the long side, you will easily be sleeping on the dirty pillow. They should do a double pillow cover and ideally opening on the short side. 2. On the morning of check out, the cleaning peoplw came into the room twice. They knock on the door, but immediately come in, not waiting for a response. That happened twice to us and second time i was standing right in front in my underwear. Very uncomfortable.

This was our second stay at the hotel. The experience was, as expected, great. The welcome from Florence, the room, and the breakfast were all excellent, as always. The service was absolutely top-notch. We will definitely be back.
