great price hotel for great location, near to centraal, just 5mins away with ferr

I recently stayed at Hotel Isis and found the hospitality of the staff truly commendable—they were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with any requests. However, the overall experience fell short of the premium pricing. The room rates are quite high compared to the limited amenities offered, making it hard to justify the cost. Another concern was the building structure. There’s no lift, so carrying luggage up three steep floors was quite a challenge, and the stairs themselves felt narrow and somewhat unsafe. Moreover, the floors are hollow and creaky, so you can easily hear people walking in nearby rooms and corridors, which makes it difficult to sleep peacefully. Overall, while the staff left a positive impression, the hotel setup and value for money were disappointing. It may not be the best option if you’re seeking comfort and quiet in this price range.

Old style hotel. Ypu will have to walk 17 minutes to the main Station or 10 minutes to take thr Metro. Heating didn't work in the room. No daily room Service until you ask for it. Kind egyptian owners and friendly stuff.

Nice place but old facilities

The sheets were stained, and the mattress was quite old and soft. We didn't understand why we had a refrigerator as a bedside table. Electrical outlets were only on one side of the bed. The room was relatively warm, and we only had a small fan. There were no blackout curtains, so it got light quite early, which wasn't ideal for sleeping. Just about acceptable for the price in Amsterdam.

The room was small, but the bathroom was excellent in terms of size. Very clean overall. Close to the ferry that takes you to the other side (central station). The only downside was that the room was always very cold upon our return, and they turned the heating on in the early morning. The TV didn't work, but it wasn't essential. Overall, the experience was very good.

The room is very clean and sanitary, the service is thoughtful, it is a very pleasant stay experience, the price is also very affordable, suitable for public travel, I hope to stay again next time hahaha

Location is a bit far from the city center
