The hotel's cleanliness wasn't great; there was a thick layer of dust in many areas, which made it feel like housekeeping wasn't thorough enough. It's a shame and a bit of a waste because the hotel's decor and facilities are actually quite nice, and I heard it's an older, well-established hotel. Roomkeeping definitely needs improvement. When I checked out, I mentioned the cleanliness issues to a nice guy at the front desk. He apologized and even waived the parking fee, which was really good service, hats off to him. Breakfast was standard, had everything you'd expect.

I recently stayed at the Van der Valk Hotel Zuidas during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The hotel's location in the Zuidas district is perfect for business travelers, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to a variety of corporate offices.

Very good location, nice and clean

I booked this hotel for my husband and mother-in-law as I am staying in another nearby hotel attending a conference. The room was clean and modern. The coffee machine in the room didn't work very well. It's a bit inconvenient to have "open bathroom" design.

I booked at this hotel for the 2nd time as my first stay was last year 2022 which was brilliant and excellent, but to be honest this year the cleaning service was not as per my expectations same as last year.

The reception hall is on the fifth floor. The room was well-designed and felt spacious and bright. However, the soundproofing was surprisingly poor. There was a constant sound of running water at night, and there was a lot of noise from upstairs. The service was also extremely poor. This is by far the worst front desk service I've ever had at a hotel. Not recommended.

There are subway, tram and bus hubs at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient to the airport and the city center. It is also a 5-minute walk to the bus station to Keukenhof Tulip Town. The hotel rooms are spacious, the breakfast is rich in variety, and free SPA is provided, which is a very good experience.

The hotel is located in the area around Schiphol Airport. It is only 2 subway stops from the airport to the hotel. It is also only a 10-minute walk from the exclusive bus stop to Keukenhof Gardens. For travelers with tight schedules, this can save a lot of time on transportation arrangements. The hotel's decoration is quite novel and has a sense of design. Because the guest rooms are all located on high floors with a large view outside the windows, the space appears particularly spacious and comfortable. In addition, the hotel offers a rich breakfast with many choices, which is considered a high-quality hotel with great value for money.
