GOOD: - Central location within walking distance of everything - Efficient and friendly service - Clean and spacious rooms - Good shower - Comfortable beds NOT SO GOOD: - VERY noisy from the street at night (try to get a room as high as possible and away from the street) - Breakfast menu very restricted, and really not great - Breakfast service very inconsistent - Large bathroom has empty walls with no shelf or surface, so toilet bags, makeup etc have to go on the floor! - Large bedroom has masses of empty space and RIDICULOUSLY inadequate hanging area for clothes All in all it's a decent, functional city centre hotel for very short stays, but really not for longer than a couple of nights.

Great location, not the most comfortable rooms, but good restaurant and service

The address of the hotel is very convenient. The subway entrance is a 3-minute walk from the hotel entrance. The hotel is one building away from the main road and it is very quiet. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Dam Square. The decoration style of the hotel is retro style, and the rooms are relatively large. The bathroom also has a heated clothes drying rack. There is a restaurant and bar on the first floor, where you can enjoy fine wine and food without going out on rainy days. The hotel staff are very conscientious and responsible. I left my ID at the hotel when I checked out, and the hotel contacted me by phone and email. Since I had already left Eminem's train, I turned back urgently. After arriving at the station, I needed to catch the next train and leave immediately. After communicating with the hotel, they sent someone to deliver the certificate to the platform, allowing me to get off the train and catch the train to Paris within 5 minutes. Such enthusiastic service made me feel happy. People are very touched. I decided to visit this hotel again in the summer.
