The first impression of the hotel is quite favorable: it's a modern high-rise building, check-in is very quick, the rooms are decorated in the currently fashionable "industrial" style, and the views from the window are beautiful. However, after a while, you notice some drawbacks. First and foremost: the hotel takes a hefty 150-euro deposit upon check-in. It's understandable that the hotel is concerned about the safety of the rooms, but for that kind of money, you'd expect luxurious furnishings. What you end up with are "basic amenities." There are no slippers, no robes, no conditioner for washing hair, not even proper ceramic cups for hot drinks. The overall impression is that the hotel isn't a 4-star (as advertised). It's a "good 3-star."
