Di-Ann City Centre Hotel

It’s so dusty. There is a sheet of dust and dirt over everything. Bedsheets are yellow. The place needs a good cleaning.

The pictures on trip.com make look this hotel beautiful, even chic, but is horrible. The rooms are small and they would need a great renovation.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, not the biggest of rooms but seeing that I travelled on my own it was perfect. Very enjoyable seat and would definitely book here again.

Very disappointing experience. The photos online were clearly misleading and did not reflect the condition of the room we were given. The room itself was dirty, the bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom looked like it was falling apart. It felt poorly maintained and not what we expected based on the listing. Because of this, we decided to check out early. When we went to the front desk, the staff member asked why we were leaving, so we explained that the room was not as described. Instead of responding professionally, he snatched the key from us and told us to leave, which felt very rude and dismissive. Overall, the room quality and the way the situation was handled were very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience. If I could give it 0 I would.

No hot water 3 days out of 4. Coffee not replenished. Rooms not cleaned on Sunday so no clean towels, no warning. Cups not replaced. Rooms very tired top floor extremely tired. Location is the only asset. Very disappointed.
