2nd time in Amsterdam and I have to say omg. Staff was absolutely on another level. I’ve stayed in 100s of places but the staff at Sebastian’s was probably the best of all. Extremely Helpful, amazingly cheerful, from the minute you check in to the second to check out. Hotel staff Dan and Marleni are the best.

The room was amazing! It was exactly like the photos on Ctrip! Although we booked a garden view room, it was absolutely amazing! The canal is right outside, so you can walk everywhere! Very convenient! The hotel front desk was amazing! They'd do anything for you, like booking a hotel room or sending postcards.

Top location, most of the sights are within walking distance. 10 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from Anne Frank House, 10 minutes from Dam Square, Kalverstraat and the Red Light District and so on. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. We had the room for 4 people. There are a lot of stairs, so not really accessible for people with walking difficulties. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. You can better have breakfast in a cozy restaurant in the nearby streets. Service and staff nothing to complain about. Were very friendly and helpful.
