Room Mate Aitana, Amsterdam

The hotel is fantastic! The room is very spacious, with great natural sunlight and lovely outdoor views from inside—so comfortable! The front desk staff were very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local hot spots. Thumbs up!

The room is huge and clean! The location is great, close to the central station, making it easy to get anywhere. There was plenty of space to fully open two 28-inch suitcases. It's not cheap though—around 1000 per day without breakfast, and the second day it went up to 1450. Ctrip definitely practices dynamic pricing for loyal customers, which is ridiculous 🙃

The family room is 35 square meters, which is a good size. The bathroom is large and brightly lit, but the toilet seat is quite high, probably designed for Dutch people (having traveled to so many countries in Europe, this is likely the 'tallest' I've encountered). Even at 1.75 meters tall, I had to slightly tiptoe to sit on it. The mattress was a bit soft and sagged, making it a bit difficult to turn over. The hotel environment is nice, and it's 1200 meters from Amsterdam Central Station, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, I recommend Room Mate Aitana, Amsterdam.

Great location! The staff were polite. We encountered a few issues, but they were resolved very quickly. As an apology, we received a complimentary room upgrade.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the Central Station, and it's also easy to take a taxi to nearby attractions. The room was spacious enough for a 28-inch and a 24-inch suitcase to be fully opened with plenty of aisle space left.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the train station. The room was clean and tidy, and there was water and biscuits available in the lobby.

Cleanliness: Neat and tidy Ambiance: Good, quiet Service: Attentive and welcoming

Located on a peninsula by the harbor, you can watch cruise ships come and go from your room window. It's not far from the train station and other downtown areas. A modern and stylish hotel.
