The staff were very friendly and kind. However, the window in my room was broken and wouldn't open, and it was extremely hot in late June. Also, there's a small locker for valuables (the padlock type), but it can be forced open easily, so it's not very useful.

Location is a little rough with homeless foreigners lurking nearby, though convenient enough because a tram is nearby. You need to bring your own amenities like towel and lock for locker. Bed is comfortable.

Worth of money for solo travellers .for solo travellers affordable and easy to use public transport as well.

The common areas are very spacious! There's a kitchen available for use with plenty of fridge space! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The rooms are very comfortable! The male and female areas are separate! The only downside is that the women's shower room has a bit of an odor 💩. They provide feminine hygiene products, which is a thoughtful touch! There are also free desserts at the front desk! It's a very well-run hostel. There's a supermarket right outside! And a very cute big cat!

They are not bad. Friendly people. But as they are too busy, I did not like that much. I prefer quite environment.

Excellence, just location is quite far away, even take tram line 19, still need to walk about 10 minutes. So if whether is not good, could get tire. Anyway Johnny the boss (the cat) could heal you!

This is ideal for group travelers. You can cook at the kitchen and there is a co working space where you can comfortably work.

This isn't a hotel, it's a dormitory-style hostel. It's a bit old, but if you're used to hostels, you should be fine. There's a women-only shower room (with 3 stalls) and two women's toilets, and they weren't particularly crowded. However, the cleaning seemed to be outsourced. Since it was only done once during the day, it could get a bit messy if used late at night or early in the morning. The room window was small and not really sufficient for ventilation. There was some kind of air purifier, but it constantly showed a red light, so I'm not sure if it was working properly. There's no air conditioning or fan, so it might be tough in peak summer or winter. The lockers are a bit small, so a 100-yen shop dial padlock was just right. The kitchen was kept clean regularly. There are four induction cooktops and a variety of cooking utensils, so about four people could cook simultaneously. It might get quite crowded during peak hours. I knew the location when I chose it, but there really isn't much around. However, Flixbus departs from the station roundabout, and if you use it, you can travel to other cities cheaper than by train. So, it might be good for sightseeing beyond the central station (Mauritshuis/Girl with a Pearl Earring, Efteling, etc.). For groceries, the Vomar supermarket (7-minute walk) is probably cheaper than the one directly in front. Overall, I had no problems during my stay, but I got the impression that there were many non-travelers, like students staying long-term or people working locally.

Staff are great, very laid back and welcoming. It's staffed 24/7 which is rare. Comfortable beds which are already made for your arrival, which is also rare. It has a decent vending machine with beer in it! To top it all off there is probably the best lidl in Europe I have been to right across the road!

I like the place except for a lot of ******* and drunkard outside. Also, there’s this hostel guest who never takes a shower and it was stinky at that moment.  The receptionists are very helpful and they have a resident cat, Johny who is so very cute. Oh btw, if you don’t have a lock, you can rent it for 10 dollars, refundable upon checkout

Very comfortable beds, great people at reception, but showers need a renewal.

Good location for my trip. The bed was clean and the common areas were cleaned once a day. In my opinion the room a is a bit small for 8 people, there is little space for everybody's belongings.
