Great location, near to food places and the canal. The only time it was inconvenient is over the weekends when the close off the roads after 10.30pm till 7am the next morning so taxi or ubers can't drop you off at your hotel lobby, so something to be wary of when checking in or out with huge luggages over the weekend. Nothing to complain about the hotel itself however, will definitely be back!

I’ve never written a review before. But I think that this hotel was so delightful (and reasonably priced), maybe I should. Best thing about the place? The cheerful staff. Especially Precious, in the breakfast room, who anticipated our every need — with a smile. And Iago (spelling?), the bartender, was amazing. Loved it here.

This hotel experience was amazing from arrival to departure. We absolutely loved everything about this place. We booked through the AMEX Fine Hotels program and the amenities provided did not disappoint. Our room was truly huge compared to other luxury hotels in Europe. The bathroom was luxurious, from the Dyptique toiletries to the Dyson hair dryer. The breakfast was fantastic! I don’t think I’ve ever had eggs more perfectly cooked day after day. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the lobby bar, which was a perfect respite from the outside crowds. Maybe my only suggestion would be to have that remain open longer. Midnight on a Saturday in Amsterdam felt very early for a last call. We cannot wait to come back for our next stay!

Given the reviews, I was not keen to stay here, but thanks to Ajax v Napoli there were no others available. To sum up, this isn't a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is a 3 star hotel. Positives: - Location is superb - Architecturally stunning building - Large room (in my case, at least) - WiFi speeds are good. I was able to do video meetings from my room - Staff were pleasant and friendly Negatives: - Inside, the hotel is dark and in a state of disrepair - The kitchen closes early, and room service appears to not be possible. I was told that I should download Uber Eats if I wanted food after 10pm. - The room is tidy, but basic areas like around the sinks, bath, windows and TV were dirty - There is a smell of sewage that comes from the shower drain - The majority of channels on the TV are unavailable - There is no air conditioning. I had 2 tower fans in my room, and I had to use them both just to stay cool - No help with luggage, not that I couldn't manage myself - You get a bottle of water on the table when you check in. I had some the first night because it was so hot in the room. The second night when I was working late, I turned to open my fresh bottle. Nope! Same half empty bottle, had just been moved back to the table again. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! Stay somewhere else. A few weeks earlier, I stayed in the Sofitel Legend. THAT is a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is quite close to the central train station. It is also close to the Chinatown, the Rembrandt museum, the restaurants, and other touristy places. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room has a nice size and it is very clean. The decoration is quite playful and modern similar to other Ibis hotel. The price is good for the location and the size of the room. However, the room is not very sound proof. It’s easy to hear the sound coming from other rooms and form the corridor. At this time, Holland does not require the mask anymore inside the hotel so it’s nice to feel back to how it was before the pandemic.

Right next to the subway station, there are trams 4 and 14. We came out of the airport to take the train to the Central Station, and then changed to No. 4 to the hotel. Hotel location was good as it is in the central area to almost all activities that we went. But however, hotel room service did not help us to empty our toilet trash bin every single day despite that we gave tips everyday, so I'm not sure how clean exactly is their room service. Bring extra cash for hotel tax and deposits as we were only told on the 1st night of checking in when the recept call up to our room to ask us to go to the reception to pay for our hotel tax and deposit, where only the deposits will be refunded upon checking out if you did not consume their in-room beverages or destroy their hotel etc. Hotel location is very near to 2 super mart, and also the ******** coffee shop, cafe and restaurants, not very convenient for kids as every where smells of ********. Breakfast was super good spread, large varieties, we love it.

I have stayed at the third hotel in Amsterdam and I personally prefer the NH Museum. The decoration style of this INK hotel is more avant-garde, that is, the rooms are small, the location is superior, and it is very close to the central station. You can also easily walk to Dam Square to fight, or visit the red light district. If you are staying in Amsterdam for a short time, you can choose this one.

Excellent location, could walk to every “tourist” place. . Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the doors! The breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of options and the staff very accommodating! Pastry chef is outstanding..deserves a raise!! Croissants the lightest fluffiest ever! Everything tastes as good as it looks! Front desk staff very nice, Sarah went out of her way to “fix” a minor problem and continued ask if everything was ok each time she saw us. Rooms clean and roomy, beds comfortable would stay again if ever in Amsterdam and recommend this hotel to anyone who asks! Transportation from airport is a little pricey (taxi for 4 ..70-100 euros depending on traffic ) but once you are there no need to use again.

When on a Business trip to Amsterdam I stayed just one night at ”Rosalia's Menagerie Inn Upstairs” and I loved it... It has just 6 individually styled boutique rooms and mine (a King bed double) was comfortable and provided everything I needed for my stay. The owner Rachel Bonnewell was lovely and treated me with warmth and kindness from check-in to check-out, she was the perfect host. I loved the unique and quirky decor and the personally prepared breakfast was delicious and a great start to my day walking Amsterdam. The hotel location was perfect also in Central Amsterdam, I literally walked everywhere during my 2 days in the City. My room was €150 per night with breakfast. The Inn is, as in the name, 'upstairs' and the stairs are typical of old Dutch houses in as much as climbing them is not for anyone who has ill health or any mobility issues... Note, there is no lift and the stairs are narrow, steep and twisty. I will certainly stay again and hope to do so in the Summer of 2024.

My suitcase is broken, and the hotel is looking for someone to help me get it. Then the skinny is too slippery to open the door. The front desk is looking for repairs. Now we start with the negative: - dirty bedroom (picture annex) - very tight stairs (as all the ams structs), but with a heavy bag becomes a problem - room bags, Not very hygienic - change of towels almost ok (only one was clean instead of two) - breakfast starts at 8:30, so if you have some activities to do soon you will not be able to enjoy it, and it is not abundant and not suitable for the vegans - the mirror in the room above the washing machine really too high,I had to put my feet up - the bed can be good for a few days, but it deeps - the rooms are NOT soundless (Maybe you'll get someone who enjoys like we have) - you can't smoke in the room, but there are windows that open and still smoke in the bar so the whole smell is up for the common bathroom we haven't had any problems, The hotel was always clean and closed normally, we never found anyone. Furthermore, the “reception” is a bar/pub that closes soon, so you will not find much ******.

We were guests at the Ho(s)tel during our recent stay and we couldn't be satisfied with our experience. We booked a room for 8 in which we stayed for three nights in 7 and the space was more than enough for us and we could enjoy a light and comfortable room. The cleaning was unpassable, with clean bedrooms, towels and a clean and clean general environment. In addition to the room, we appreciated the services offered by the hotel, including the friendly and available staff that helped us during our stay. The central location has allowed us to explore the city comfortable, with all the main attractions and short-distance restaurants walking. All perfect! Maximum rating more than deserved!

I booked a river view room, the river view is very beautiful, open the window, you will feel the world is very beautiful!
